Sam Minnée, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of SilverStripe, has shaped the SilverStripe Suite and is part of its success story as an internationally respected Open Source CMS.
Prior to being appointed CEO in April 2011, Sam was SilverStripe’s Chief Technology Officer for several years, since the company’s humble beginnings in 2000. He created a CMS that is smarter, more intuitive and more enjoyable to use. His focus is on applying modern web development techniques to building software that enables the creation of technically complex websites and applications.
Sam has a BA in Computing and Philosophy from Victoria University. When he's not at work, he enjoys anything from a good book (shameless sci-fi fan!) to the next Drum'n'bass gig.
